Serenity panel

MATERIAL & FINISH

Each Serenity panel combines solid European oak with precise carving and careful hand-finishing using natural hardwax oil. The deep Ebony finish emphasizes the oak grain and the dimensional character of the sculptural surface.

The plant-based hardwax oil contains sunflower, soya and thistle oils, along with carnauba and candelilla wax. It complies with the European Union’s EN 71 safety requirements.

INSTALLATION

Two pairs of metal hangers on the back provide a simple and secure way to mount the panel on the wall.

MODULAR WALL COMPOSITIONS

Serenity works as a modular carved wood wall panel. Its flowing pattern continues across adjoining panels, allowing individual pieces to form larger sculptural wall art compositions.

Combine the panels into triptychs, 3 × 2 arrangements or larger installations such as 6 × 6, 6 × 9 or 9 × 9 compositions.

NATURAL CHARACTER OF SOLID WOOD

We use carefully selected solid oak for every panel. However, as a natural material, wood develops individual grain patterns, textures and color variations and may naturally contain knots or mineral streaks. These characteristics make every panel unique and do not constitute defects.

To minimize twisting and cupping caused by changes in humidity, we construct each panel from several solid oak boards and add stress-relief grooves on the back instead of using a single piece of wood. This construction significantly reduces natural movement, although it cannot eliminate it completely.
